A fresher has a lot of options from flats on rent to PGs in North Campus or South Campus.  Here are some of the perks of living in the campus:

#Advantage of waking up late

While your friends wake up early in the morning to reach college on time, you have an option of waking up 15 minutes before the class, because obviously, no time is wasted in traveling. There’s no long commute, traffic or fear of being late. Also, an extra add on is that you don’t need to look for parking!

#Socialization

Since the campus houses a number of students it’s easier to stumble upon friendships. There are always new people crossing your paths. There is a greater chance of meeting people outside your usual social scenes.  There will be a number of games and late night fast food run if you are living in the campus. Therefore you have the opportunity to meet a variety of people.

#In tune with all the gossips and events

One of the major perks of living in the campus is that you get entertained all day long. You are the first one to hear about all the gossips, events, parties and happenings around the college.

#Not expensive

What’s better than not keeping a tab on your monthly expenses, rents and utilities? When you live in the campus you pay one upfront fee at the starting you’re done.  Just basic legal formalities have to be completed once.  Also, many PGs, flats, apartments have a mess which provides you with food, so it turns out to be less costly.

#Just one time investment

There is no problem if you are staying in the college hostel, but if you are renting an apartment or PG, you will require shelves, couch, television, bed, and dresser. But what’s better than designing your apartment the way you want?
